1. Service Description

BlueTick is a WhatsApp marketing and support platform operated by Codfather Logic LLP. We provide tools for businesses to manage WhatsApp conversations, send broadcast campaigns, build chatbots, and track analytics through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in using Google, Apple, or GitHub SSO. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate business information during onboarding.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You must not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws. You must obtain proper consent before messaging contacts.

4. Pricing & Billing

BlueTick offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Message overages beyond your plan limit are charged at per-message rates. You can cancel anytime from the Billing settings page.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data, contacts, and message content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API availability. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by Meta's infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlueTick is provided "as is". Codfather Logic LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
