When you use BlueTick, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and business details during account creation. We also collect WhatsApp Business Account data that you authorize through Meta's Embedded Signup, including phone numbers and message metadata.
We use your information to provide and improve BlueTick's services, including: managing your WhatsApp messaging, processing campaigns, powering the shared inbox, and generating analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security ensuring tenant isolation. WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
BlueTick integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Message content is processed through Meta's infrastructure. We store message metadata and content to provide inbox and analytics features. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.
We use: Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting & CDN), Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging), Razorpay (payments), and Google/Apple/GitHub (SSO authentication).
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the Settings page. To request complete data deletion, contact us at privacy@bluetick.me.
